Regina Ho (何依婷) held a party to celebrate her daughter’s 180th day since birth. The venue was decorated in pink and filled with balloons and fresh flowers, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. Regina’s friends, Hera Chan (陳曉華), Rosita Kwok (郭柏妍), Yvette Chan (陳星妤), Eunice Chan (陳詩欣), and Kayan Choi (蔡嘉欣) attended to offer their congratulations.
Regina explained why she did not hold a traditional 100-day banquet and opted for a 180-day celebration instead, “When my baby turned 100 days old, I was overseas working for two weeks. After discussing with my husband, we decided to celebrate when she turned six months. This time, it was mainly a gathering for close friends and we invited around 100 people.”
The biggest takeaway from motherhood so far is realizing that being a parent is not easy for Regina. “There’s a saying that goes, ‘Sleeping in the dry; lying in the wet; raising you with spoonfuls of porridge and rice.’ I used to hear that without much feeling but now I finally understand the depth of the effort behind those words. I truly respect and admire all parents– raising a child is really impressive.”
Photos show that Regina has already regained her figure. She has undergone many treatments and hopes to return to the screen looking her best, “There’s still a bit of a gap from my pre-pregnancy shape, but visually I look about the same. I’ll keep working hard.”
Co-starring with Regina in the new drama Golden Forest <金式森林>, Yvette mentioned she attended the party along with other female cast members and praised the baby for being adorable. She also shared that she’s currently busy filming War of the Roses <玫瑰戰爭> in Shenzhen and frequently travels between Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
