Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) recently sat down for a heartwarming chat on the online talk show Sisters’ Talk <絲打圍爐>. Chatting with hosts Natalie Tong (唐詩詠) and Florica Lin (練美娟), Linda spoke about her husband Jeremy, reflecting on their decade-long marriage and the quiet strength behind their relationship.
It all started thanks to Linda’s elder sister, who introduced the actress to Jeremy. What began as casual friendship quickly deepened—most of their early connection blossomed through long phone calls. When she found out he actually knew her father’s relative, Linda felt their fate was intertwined. Linda even made the first move to confess her feelings, and things gradually fell into place in their relationship.
Although Jeremy might not be romantic, Linda appreciates the little ways he shows love. “He always wants to spend time with me. He’ll go anywhere with me.” But Linda still prefers to go to the grocery store alone, where she can have time for herself. Linda spoke with admiration about the quiet wisdom Jeremy brings into her life. “He’s calm, organized, and never in a rush. He doesn’t let stress get to him. He really lives in the moment—and that’s something I’m constantly learning to do.”
Now married for 10 years, the couple are proud parents to three children—two daughters and a son. Although they have been together for a decade, they still have not managed to finish watching a single movie together. “We’re always so exhausted,” Linda joked. “After working, chasing after the kids, cooking, cleaning, and even helping the little ones clean their butts, I just want to sleep at the end of the day!”
Although life is chaotic, Linda’s words paint a picture of a loving partnership built on mutual respect, shared effort, and meaningful moments.
