22nd October 2025 – (Hong Kong) The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival commences tomorrow for a four-day celebration at the Central Harbourfront Event Space, introducing extended operating hours until midnight throughout the event. Organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the festival will transform the waterfront into an international gastronomic destination against the backdrop of Victoria Harbour’s skyline.
This year’s edition features an expanded roster of over 300 exhibition booths presenting more than a thousand premium wines and gourmet offerings from thirty-one countries and regions. The event’s composition will emphasise beverages, which account for seventy percent of the offerings, with culinary displays comprising the remaining thirty percent.
New national pavilions will debut representing the United States, Italy, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Norway, Austria, Mexico, and Poland. The festival programme includes the classic return of the Grand Wine Pavilion and Tasting Room, alongside a curated collection of 1855-classified Grand Cru wines.
A novel guided tasting experience will be introduced, employing a colour-coded system to help visitors explore five distinct grape varietals, each paired with a complementary culinary creation. The event will further elevate its culinary credentials with a dedicated zone featuring creations from globally recognised Michelin-starred chefs.
HKTB Chairman Pang Yiu-kai emphasised the festival’s role as a premier platform for promoting oenological and gastronomic excellence, noting its capacity to generate fresh commercial opportunities for industry participants. The event aims to reinforce Hong Kong’s standing as one of Asia’s most dynamic culinary capitals.
Admission for visitors aged twelve and above is set at HK$40, with tickets available through the event’s official website. The festival will operate from 7.30pm to midnight on Thursday, 23rd October, and from noon to midnight from Friday through Sunday. For enthusiasts, a “Grand Wine Tasting Pass” priced at HK$598 includes sixteen tasting vouchers and a commemorative glass, while a “Tasting Pass” at HK$298 provides eight vouchers with a glass. Advance online purchases made before October 22nd will qualify for discounted rates.
