12th December 2025 – (Hong Kong) An immersive light park has opened on the Wan Chai harbourfront, with Festilumi debuting in Hong Kong from tonight. The outdoor attraction features nine themed areas, including the crimson-and-gold “Enchanted Maples”, the kaleidoscopic “Rainbow Light Tunnel”, and a prehistoric-themed “Jurassic Kingdom”.

A centrepiece “Light Christmas Tree” — billed as the tallest of its kind globally — anchors the spectacle. Comprising some 190,000 LED lights and 50,000 illuminated spheres, the installation forms the focal point of the harbourfront display.

Open from 12 December 2025 until late April 2026, the park is populated with light sculptures, interactive pieces and fantastical creatures. Alongside the signature zones, visitors can expect large-scale illuminations inspired by Aladdin, a golden Bauhinia motif, reindeer and penguins, set against the city skyline.

The organisers describe Festilumi as an immersive, family-friendly night-time journey, inviting visitors of all ages to wander through towering installations and evolving lightscapes along the promenade. Further ticketing and scheduling details are available via the event’s official channels.
