22nd November 2025 – (Hong Kong) Angie Chiu, the 71-year-old Hong Kong actress famed for her timeless beauty, first rose to prominence after competing in Miss Hong Kong in 1973 and later earning the moniker “the most beautiful in period costume”. She married her first husband, Wong Hon-wai, in 1975, and the couple had two sons, Gary Wong and Ronnie Wong, before divorcing in 1983. Chiu remarried in 1984, tying the knot with Melvin Wong; they have one son together, actor Wesley Wong, now 38, who has recently revealed he is married.
Chiu, who remains widely admired for her youthful appearance, often draws attention online for looking far younger than her years.
Wesley Wong disclosed that he and actress Tang Chang, who is 10 years his junior, had already formalised their marriage while he was filming The Shadow’s Edge. At the time, he described it as a major milestone in their lives.
