Last year, Nancy Wu (胡定欣) started dating successful aesthetic doctor Akin Chan (陳健華). Unexpectedly, the two already tied the knot!
Nancy made a surprise announcement on social media that she had married Akin on October 3. She shared beautifully romantic wedding photos of the ceremony in New Zealand. Wishing you a lifetime of happiness and joy.” Joel is known for his close sibling-like bond with Nancy, but he admitted he was just as surprised as everyone else. “I found out at the same time as all of you,” he laughed. “I’m so happy and emotional. I sincerely wish Dr. Chan and my good sister a long, loving marriage. Dr. Chan is polite, handsome, tall, and successful, he’s got everything. I’m truly thrilled for them. Sending my deepest blessings!”
Benjamin Yuen (袁偉豪) also responded with joy when asked about Nancy marrying without informing their group of friends. “We’re all so happy we can’t keep up,” he joked. “No wonder she didn’t answer our calls during the holidays. When we tried to reach her for Joel’s birthday dinner, she was nowhere to be found. We wondered what was going on and it turns out it was something so joyful!”
